CMS Releases Non-GHP User Guide
On Monday March 16, 2009, CMS released the MMSEA Section 111 MSP Mandatory Reporting User Guide for Liability(including self-insurance), No-Fault Insurance and Worker's Compensation. The User Guide includes important updates since publication of the Interim Record Layout published on December 5th, 2008.
